We had a walk down to the allotment again today with Eva, took us 10 minutes! Will be a nice little walk on a summer evening, especially when Eva is walking.
I measured up and sketched out the plot, and this afternoon I have created the following plot drawing on the computer.
I will use this as a template to firstly plan where I want each crop, nut also to record year on year where things were so that I can do some crop rotation and monitor where each crop works best.

I also uncovered another water butt which is sunk into the ground, it has a steel plate over the top of it for safety, I will need to find a place for a compost bin as there isn’t one at present, I have several of the council style plastic compost bins so I may move a couple of those down there.
