The microphone that I bought on Ebay, will not work with my Camera. There is nothing wrong with the microphone, it is a perfectly standard radio mic. The problem as usual is Sony’s proprietary components. The only mics that will work are ‘Sony Active Shoe’ Microphones. These are of course four times more expensive and you are limited to what Sony have, however I have today bought one in order to try and get the videos more watchable.
