I have been having problems with the sound quality and levels on the videos. On some it is impossible to hear what I am saying. This is due to the camera I am using which has a very wide open microphone. This is great for general use, and hand holding the camera and talking, but when it is on a tri-pod and I am a few meters away, it picks up the sound from 360 degrees around the camera thus, hearing what I am saying is a little difficult.
Firstly let me apologies for this, and secondly let me assure you all that I am working on a solution. I have a radio microphone coming, hopefully before this weekend so I will be able to trial it on the allotment on Saturday. I am not sure if this will provide the solution, as it ia only a very cheap radio mic, however if it does not I will get a directional or shotgun microphone to sit on top of the camera and point at me.
